The weather forecast for the weekend was very bad. I decided to go for a walk on Saturday morning before the rain came in. This time I wanted to take some pics using the macro lens. In this time of year there are not much flowers blooming, there are not many insects yet and it's not the fungi season. Fortunately there is another interesting macro subject with a lot of variety: moss. The structure of dead wood is also a great subject for photography. Also this old fungus has a very nice structure. When you walk in the woods and take a closer look you will realize: the small world is beautiful. You have to be very tiny to walk in the Dutch mountains... ;-)
